The purpose of this application is to control the costs and revenues of cooperatives and self-employed business in a quick and safe manner; enabling easy analysis of their behavior. The system consists of five main modules that facilitate the control of the registration of the different types of expenses, sales and tax calculation. There are other complementary modules such as payroll, depreciation of equipment and cash that enrich the system and meet the needs of users with a more rigorous accounting. Each of these modules is equipped with a group of reports that can print all records made monthly. Among the salient features of the system is the calculation of planned costs of products or services through cost sheets and automation of the affidavit.
